Decent budget friendly hotel
The location is perfect is you’re using the trains as it is steps away from Busan Station. It is also just a few stops away from the city centre and from the main attractions. Easy subway access to most of the areas. The breakfast was included in the price and was amazing. It was a really good Korean type of breakfast.
Elevators get really busy as others have mentioned, but it wasn’t too bad. Just plan your time accordingly by leaving an additional 5-7 minutes for the elevator wait. The busiest time would be closer to the end of breakfast between 8am and 9am.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel.
1) Staff team speak fluent English, friendly and easy to communicate with them. Love their smile. 2) Room rate include breakfast is a plus. Breakfast was so good and delicious. It has a wide spread of both western and local delight. I didn't expect to have odeng. It's wonderful. 3) Breakfast staff team are polite and well mannered. 4) Has a good luggage storing system prior check-in and upon check-out. 5) It is just opposite Busan KTX and diagonally opposite metro stations.
1) Breakfast's operating time could be extended to 10am because until 9am is too rush and by the time I went down, the food were almost cleared. Also, it took a while to wait for lift. 2) Space in the room is quite limited to open the luggage wide.
